Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and in the original packaging
• Items worn beyond standard indoor fitting or returned in damaged condition may be rejected or partially refunded
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

📩 How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at info@elitai.store with your order number and reason for return
2. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide you with return instructions
3. Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing

📦 Return Address:

The return address will be provided only after we have received and reviewed clear photos of the item and approved the return. Please send clear photos via email to info@elitai.store.

💳 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
• If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us

⚠️ Exceptions:

• Discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund

🇪🇺 EU Customers (including Germany):

According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs – including international returns to our warehouse outside the EU. This also includes any customs duties and clearance fees, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. This condition is clearly stated and is accepted upon purchase, in accordance with § 357 (6) BGB.

Items returned in worn, washed, or damaged condition may be excluded from refund.

🔁 Excessive Returns:

To prevent misuse, we reserve the right to take action in cases of excessive or suspicious return behavior, including:

• Rejecting future orders from repeat offenders
• Revoking free shipping or discounts
• Temporarily suspending the customer account

This does not affect your legal rights under EU consumer protection laws.
