📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Details
We offer international shipping to selected countries. Estimated delivery time to most destinations, including Germany, is 6–11 business days after dispatch.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable).
📮 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elitai.store and include your order number along with relevant details. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be issued after proper verification.
