📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Details

We offer international shipping to selected countries. The estimated delivery time to most destinations, including Germany, is 6–11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where applicable).

📮 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@elitai.store. Include your order number and any relevant details.

If your item arrives damaged, please send us clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will only be issued after verification.
